  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in advance.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

  • We deliver machinery and equipment using trusted freight and logistics partners.

  • Delivery method and carrier will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

 

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Customers will be informed of shipping charges at the time of purchase.

  • For large machinery, on-site delivery or pickup arrangements may be required.

 

 

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within Quebec: 3–7 business days.

  • Canada-wide delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on location.

  • International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a quote.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) from our logistics partner.

 

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, arrange for replacement or compensation.

  • DustAway Machinerie is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our warehouse or office location by appointment.
